Shipping & Returns

Records, CDs, cassettes and zines ship from our partner warehouses in Germany and the UK, with tracking. Prices and shipping are shown in your currency at checkout.

Anything ordered together with a pre-order ships when the pre-order arrives, so place a separate order if you'd like in-stock items sooner. Some merch is printed to order and ships separately.

In the US? Our US store ships from Chicago, usually for less.

If something arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email support@k7music.zendesk.com with your order number and a photo and we'll do our best to make it right.
